Rachel Russell, CIT

Hi, I’m Rachel.

Everyone deserves space, time, and opportunity to be seen and known in ways that help heal pain and make meaning of experiences. And yet relationships in which to be fully seen and known in ways that support us can be both hard to find and risky to engage in. That is one of the significant offerings of the counseling space.

  • What I Do

Finding our way through life can be challenging. Even more so when we carry pain from experiences that pull us back or prevent us from moving forward.

I help clients make meaning of their experiences, navigate life transitions, sort through relationship challenges, and work through seasons of anxiety and depression to move toward the life they long to grow into.
