Michele Mellette

Hey! I am Michele. I believe healing begins when people feel truly seen, heard, and known.

As a graduate counseling intern, I strive to create a space where you can show up just as you are—without judgment, pressure, or the need to have everything figured out. I hold a deep respect for the power of stories. The stories we carry—about ourselves, our relationships, our pain, and our resilience—shape how we move through the world. Together, we slow down, listen closely, and make meaning of what has been lived and what is still unfolding.

You were not meant to walk your journey alone. My hope is to walk alongside you and witness your story as you explore and discover new possibilities for healing and growth.

Areas of Clinical Interest:

  • Individual adults and teens.

Availability:

  • Currently accepting new clients in Missouri and Kansas

  • Virtual and in-person appointments available

Fee: $40/session. Reduced rates available for those in financial need.

I am a graduate student counseling intern from MidAmerican Nazarene University and will be practicing in Missouri and Kansas under the supervision of Katrina Bocanegra, LPC, MO #2025033239 & LCPC, KS #04183.

Rosalynn Days-Austin

Hello - I am Rosalynn. I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to breathe.

Life often pulls us in many directions at once. We carry responsibilities, past experiences, unanswered questions, and the quiet weight of trying to hold everything together. Sometimes, that pressure shows up as anxiety, discouragement, fatigue, or a sense of disconnection from ourselves and loved ones.

As a graduate student therapy intern, my goal is to create a space where you feel truly heard and supported as you work through what life has handed you. I approach counseling with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your story. Whether you're dealing with relationship stress, life transitions, or the effects of past experiences, I walk alongside you with encouragement and practical tools for growth.

Areas of Clinical Interest:

  • Adults and couples facing stress, discouragement, or changes in relationships or life paths

  • Clients seeking a counseling environment that supports faith or spirituality

Availability:

• Accepting new clients

• Virtual appointments preferred (KS + MO); limited in-person sessions available (Lees Summit, MO)
