BJT Counseling Interns

  • Rachel Russell

    Hi, I’m Rachel.

Everyone deserves space, time, and opportunity to be seen and known in ways that help heal pain and make meaning of experiences. And yet relationships in which to be fully seen and known in ways that support us can be both hard to find and risky to engage in. That is one of the significant offerings of the counseling space.

    Areas of Clinical Interest:

I help clients make meaning, navigate life transitions, sort through relationship challenges, and work through seasons of anxiety and depression,

  • Andy Lucas

Hi, I’m Andy, and I believe that stories matter. Your story matters.

But here’s the deal: stories are filled with all sorts of tensions. Joy and pain. Accomplishment and failure. Community and isolation. Sometimes, these tensions can leave us feeling anxious, overwhelmed, depressed, or stuck.

As a counselor, I want to help you recognize and hold these tensions so you can know your story better and move forward with hope and healing.

    Areas of Clinical Interest:

I work with diverse groups of clients, but I especially enjoy working with adults looking to get unstuck and couples who need support walking through a rough patch

  • Katelyn Truett

Hi! I’m Katelyn, and you should know that

You matter. Your dreams, your goals, your relationships, and your existence matter. Sometimes situations in life cause us to forget that. Forgetting (or not knowing) who we are causes ripples and fractures in our lives, which can lead to pain points that are difficult to navigate.

Reaching out for help takes courage and bravery. I’m glad you’re here! Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or lost, you don’t have to go at it alone. Healing happens in spaces where you feel heard, understood, and seen. Together, we can explore your experiences, uncover your strengths, and create a path toward the life you want.

    Areas of Clinical Interest:

I work with individuals and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and difficult relationships. I’m here to offer support, encouragement, and tools to help you move forward.
