Jenée Siems, PLPC
Hi, I’m Jenée.
We all have days, (or months, or years…) where we get overwhelmed. sometimes we find ourselves stuck within that experience. Emotions, difficult relationships, life dreams, depressive feelings, and anxiety do not have to stay confusing and overwhelming. The focus of my work is in helping clients find healing and resolve trauma that is affecting their ability to engage in life in a way that feels successful and thriving.

What I Do
I work with individuals dealing with relational issues, work conflict, church hurt, childhood trauma, existential questions, or any other symptoms that are making life difficult.
Through years of living in Latin America and Southeast Asia I hold deep value for the richness and diversity of our lived experiences and the importance of cultivating a life that is true and authentic to who we are and the context in which we live.
Clinically, I use a variety of methods to help clients gain new understanding, healing, and tools to move forward, drawing primarily from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
