Pursuing Wholeness Full Series - Grounded Moments Episode 14

In this mini-series, I explore what it means to live, love, and lead from a place of wholeness whole, the essential components to developing wholeness, and how to lean further into it.

In Episode 14, I compile all three short episodes from Pursuing Wholeness into a single Grounded Moments episode. In the first part I reflect on the significance that a stabilized sense of identity on our ability to live, love, and lead out of our whole selves. In the second part I talk about what being present has to do with being whole. And in the third part, I explore why it is incredibly difficult to be our best when we do not feel safe. While we often recognize the significance of physical safety, relational and emotional safety can have an equal or greater impact of our sense of stability.
